Dan Bilzerian, a.k.a. the King of Instagram, just announced that he’ll be taking his cannabis company public next month!
We should have seen it coming when ALQ Gold Corp. (CSE:ALQ) signed an agreement “to acquire certain intellectual property rights for use of the name, approved photographs, approved images, voice, and approved likenesses of Dan Bilzerian exclusively within the cannabis industry worldwide.”
ALQ Gold Corp. is already a publicly-listed company on the CSE, although the exchange’s website says the company is “Halted Pending Fundamental Change.”
We’re expecting to see a name change to Green Axis Capital Corp., Bilzerian’s new cannabis brand, which will focus on opportunities in the rapidly growing marijuana market.

Just last week, the company hosted its brand launch party at the 8,000 square foot Drai’s Vancouver nightclub in the Trump International Hotel & Tower. While we did not attend the event, we can imagine just how lavish it was based on Bilzerian’s prior visits to Canadian night clubs.
