I'm a little obsessed with drawing and painting cannabis buds. It all started as a branding project that never left.
I start every cannabis bud a really quick structure to the plant by using a continuous infinity symbol. After drawing the infinity bud, I see things in the drawing. Also known as pareidolia. Details are there and I'm just pull them out and dropping some back.
The story is a stream of consciousness. Good luck reading it all. I can't.
The frame is vintage and restored. The paper is watercolor paper. Some of the blacks/grays are cannabis ash.
